Talent Protocol Road-to-TGE Campaign Terms

Program Overview

Talent Protocol invites CoinList community members to participate in an exclusive campaign and offers an opportunity to earn a portion of the 5,000,000 TAL tokens (0.5% of the total supply). The "Road to TGE" campaign by Talent Protocol aims to fine-tune both the protocol and the user experience of the Talent Passport App over a five-week timeline.

The campaign aims to onboard all types of Web3 builders and workers to the Talent Protocol ecosystem, helping them succeed by unlocking richer reputation data and increasing visibility of their potential.

Participation Limit	Unlimited.
Timeline	The campaign is expected to run for five weeks. Users will be able to accrue XP by completing quests starting on March 19th until the end of April 22nd, 2024, 23:59 UTC. The timeline is subject to change at the sole discretion of Talent Protocol.
Allocated Rewards	5,000,000 TAL tokens (0.5% of the token supply). All rewards will be distributed by Talent Protocol following the mainnet launch and the TGE, with no vesting period or lock-up conditions.

Rewards

A total reward pool of 5,000,000 TAL tokens, representing 0.5% of the total token supply, has been allocated for the 'Road to TGE' campaign participants. Talent Protocol has designed a dynamic rewards system tied to a public leaderboard that tracks participants' activities, to make sure rewards go to the most valuable community members for their effort, contributions and participation. Below is the breakdown of rewards:

Top 2,000 Participants: A reward pool of 2,500,000 TAL tokens has been allocated for the top 2,000 leaderboard contenders. Your share is directly linked to the rank and XP earned via the participant’s efforts in the campaign.
Beyond the Top 2,000: An additional reward pool of 2,000,000 TAL tokens has been allocated for participants ranking from 2,001 onwards, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to earn, not just the top performers.
Giveaways: In addition to the ongoing competition, 500,000 TAL tokens will be awarded weekly to lucky participants. Every Monday, all participants can open a Mystery Box once and win up to 500 TAL. Talent Protocol will also run 2 week long giveaways in the last 2 weeks of the campaign.

Following the TGE, all rewards will be claimable for 30 days in the participants’ Talent Passport wallets, with no vesting period or lock-up conditions.

Eligibility Criteria

There is no restriction on the number of participants; however, users must meet the following criteria to be eligible for rewards and participation:

A non-custodial Ethereum wallet (e.g., via Metamask) is required to connect and engage with the campaign and all Talent Protocol apps. Please ensure that you use the same wallet address for all activities. Visit the Campaign Page and connect your wallet to perform all quests.
Create a Talent Passport, a user-friendly smart wallet that represents your professional reputation on-chain, and add credentials to increase your Builder Score.
To qualify for the reward, users must complete the quests outlined in the “Quests and XP” section below.
Eligible recipients will be required to prove their humanity to qualify for rewards (using World ID or with a Gitcoin Passport score above 15).

This campaign is crafted to be intuitive and easily navigable, enabling those new to Web3 to participate effectively without requiring prior extensive technical background.
